For consulting inquiries
A short note is plenty. The most useful things to include:
- What you're building, in a sentence or two
- Where it stands today (idea, prototype, in production)
- What kind of help you're looking for, and any timeline
We respond to every serious inquiry, usually within two business days, and we'll be straight with you about whether we're the right fit.
Product support
Each product also has its own support channel on its site: premail.pro, comoji.io, burly.click, stockcar.app, and beeready.buzz.
Community
We keep a Discord for release notes, feature requests, and the questions that are easier to answer in a thread than over email. Anyone who uses our products is welcome.
Some products run their own server as well: Premail, Comoji, Burly, and StockCar.
